ABSTRACT:
The present study deals with UV spectrophotometric method development and Validation for estimation of Tizanidine and Aceclofenac in bulk drug and tablet dosage form by absorption correction by interference method. The method is based on by using two wavelengths, 274 nm for aceclofenac and 318 nm for Tizanidine. The Linearity of Tizanidine and Aceclofenac was found to be in the range 0f 2-10 µg/ml and 5-25 µg/ml respectively. The % recovery of Tizanidine and Aceclofenac was found out to be 98-102 % respectively. The proposed method was validated as per ICH guidelines.
